Frequently Asked Questions

Pricing will vary depending on size and intricacy of design, and sometimes ingredients used(fresh fruit, premium buttercreams, gluten free, etc). Please navigate to the “ORDER” tab to receive a personalized quote. 

I require a 50% nonrefundable deposit upon ordering. Once I have received I can add you to my books! 

Remaining balance must be paid two weeks prior to date of event. I have a one day window if payment is not made on time, otherwise your order may be forfeited. 

I do offer gluten-free and nut free cakes upon request. Pricing will vary for these options.
For nut allergies, I do use specific pans to make sure ingredients are not cross contaminated, please mention upon ordering if there is a nut allergy. 

I do offer delivery for a flat rate fee of $35 within  a 10 mile radius of 92688. If further, I charge $3 per additional mile. 

Delivery includes cake/dessert drop off. If you are in need of assistance setting up the dessert table and placing out the treats for your guests, this would be a $45 fee. 

I require one months notice at this time for all orders due to popular demand. I like to make sure I give every cake and dessert the same amount of attention and detail. If your event is under two weeks, a rush fee may be assessed. 

If there is a need to cancel your order, two weeks notice must be given. In this case, the 50% deposit may be used towards a future order.
If cancelling under one week and the order has been paid in full, no refund may be given as I have already purchased supplies to proceed and considered started on the order.
